Scheduling Coordinator

Piper Technology LLC, a fast-growing IT solutions provider for small to mid-size businesses, seeks a Scheduling Coordinator with at least 2 years experience in a similar position or office operations position.  The position's primary responsibilities include constant interaction with customers, scheduling all network engineers to their day to day appointments, coordination of resources and their physical location, responsible for making sure that inbound trouble tickets are being addresses within given service level requirements.

 

This position involves assigning engineers to inbound trouble tickets as they are reported.  The Schedule Coordinator will be responsible for contacting customers as problems are reported and assessing the priority of the reported issue.   The Schedule Coordinator will also determine when a Piper engineer will be able to respond to the customer’s request.   The position involves interaction with all of the company’s network engineers in respects to their day to day schedule.

 

This position is fast paced, demanding, and results oriented.   The Scheduling Coordinator will be working in a collaborative team environment and will also have the opportunity to work in with many different customer environments.   This position will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.



Requirements Include

Desktop Operating Skills

  • Required: Windows XP, Word, Excel, Outlook

 

General Skills

  • Must have great organizational skills.    Previous scheduling experience is a definite plus. 
  • Ability to handle multiple issues at the same time.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and follows through to ensure complete resolution.
  • Desire to take a personal interest in, and responsibility for, quality of work performed.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal effectively with stressful situations.
  • Desire to work on a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision/oversight.
