Piper Technology was formed in 2001 with a clear mission, to bring affordable, Professional Level Information Technology (IT) services to small and medium-sized companies. The company’s founders, all with extensive Enterprise Level IT experience, realized that this level of service was only available to large companies and enterprises with very large IT budgets. Smaller enterprises were forced to deal with less than professional computer companies or individuals often paying premium rates for poor service. They saw a need to bring the same level of expertise, commitment to service and professionalism available to large firms, to the small and medium-sized business market. To that end, Piper Technology has developed a unique set of processes and methodologies, following best practices developed for larger companies, allowing Piper Technology to provide a very high level of service at very reasonable costs.
